I got a haircut, hair spa, and a few other services done. Upasana handled my other service, Jasbir handled the hair spa, and Deepak did my haircut. All of them were polite and professional. The services were good, though a bit on the expensive side. Let’s see how the spa results hold up, but overall, it was a good experience.

Impeccable service by salman. Loved the haircut and blow dry. Had a couple of special requests and the staff was so cooperative about it. They accommodate special requests and is pregnancy friendly. Definitely my go to place in agra.

I visited Triss Salon Agra for a beard trim and had a really disappointing experience. The staff member who attended me seemed experienced but lacked basic interpersonal skills—he was unwelcoming and behaved as if he was doing me a favor. The trimming itself was poorly done and completely ruined my beard, which was especially frustrating as I had an important event the next day. To top it off, during billing, another staff member, Neha, asked for my phone number, which I declined since this was both my first and last visit. Overall, a pathetic experience—I had high hopes from this salon but would never recommend it to anyone.
