Visiting Toni & Guy was a wonderful experience. The ambience was great, the staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. They even customized a package just for me, which I really appreciated. Pragati and Falak did an amazing job on my nails – they look beautiful! Mr. Azad worked his magic on my hair with a perfect cut and styling. Shilpi gave me a relaxing facial that felt so good. And the sweet girl at reception welcomed me with a warm smile (I forgot to ask her name). Overall, it was an awesome experience, and I highly recommend Toni & Guy!

The last and the least Pragati who choose the nail colour was sweet and polite to me .All over I loved all the staff. They are really hardworking and loving to their each and every client. I visited today at tony & guy civilines store and I really appreciate kamran bhai who cut my hair and beard and i really like the way he cut my hair and style my hair and bear he is too professional and gentle guy. He treats customer like he really wants to give a good look and he genuinely cut hair too good, i really recommend him for the hair and beard cut.

I recently visited Toni & Guy Salon in Civil Lines, Prayagraj, and had a wonderful experience! The staff was extremely professional and friendly. My stylist(Rohit) really understood what I wanted and gave me the perfect haircut and finish. Definitely worth the price ,I left feeling refreshed and confident. Highly recommend it!

I was growing my hair out so i thought of getting it trimmed a little.. and made the mistake of visiting the NEW and EXPENSIVE salon with my sibling as our regular barber was not in town.. And suffice to say it was the last time i went there and also the last time i had long hair. All i had asked for was a little trim and the barber, who seemed more interested in using me as a subject and teaching another guy on how to cut hair... And although he did look experienced, I never thought he would make such a rookie mistake and clip off a major portion of my hair on a whim and then would try to hide it and set the hair in a way that I couldn't figure it out then... Upon reaching home and shampooing my hair.. then i found out the disaster he had caused... So i went back to him and respectfully informed him about this and asked him to correct it.. but all he did was make excuses and point out flaws in my hair and how i should get treatments worth thousands and then my hair would look okay. In the end, he had to chop it all off and make it short for it to even look presentable. I had never faced any of the problems he mentioned and all i had asked for was a little trim. 🤦🏻 And the haircut the other barber gave to my sibling was a different horror story all together, with uneven cuts and no clean up after. I have seen people getting better fades at local barber shops. Absolute waste of a fortune of money.
