I wish I had given MINUS TEN to this. I had heard a good review and hence came here and It was the worst mistake of my life. Not sure if the 5 reviews are all from her known or were they forced to write but there are multiple issues with Sonia and her boutique and to list down few - 1. Professionalism and the way she talks to customers. While I was discussing the concern over a call she disconnected and did not pickup. 2. She literally destroyed my 2 expensive blouse pieces and was not ready to accept the mistake. The front of the blouse was stitched 2.5 inch short which looked extremely awkward but the tailor tried to stretch the fabric and make it look upto the measurements which was wrong. The second blouse she changed the neck design which couldn’t be better now and later had the audacity to tell me that why are you fussing so much about a neck design. Neither she was ready to do anything about it and even told me that this looks better and the change in neck it’s not my mistake. 3. The blouse fabric was pure georgette and hence as a boutique she should know that it will get stretched or torn and should have used a thick inner which she didn’t and was neither ready to accept it. 4. While taking the order the staff and Sonia will try to be so sweet but while delivering they turn to a different person altogether. She uses so called watsapp for talking business but will never reply to your messages about the design or the timelines. The tailor and one of the girl that works there are extremely rude and shout at you literally. 5. She will be hardly pay attention to the designs or preferences that you mention neither she will make a note of it anywhere and if it gets wrong she won’t accept it. She won’t be in the boutique at 12pm nor at 4pm or late evenings. It’s very rare that you will find her there. I am really upset with the kind of professionalism and competency at the boutique and hence will never recommend this to anyone. If it’s a mistake you can accept it and try to amend it which was not the motto here. All she and the staff wanted to do was take money (which by the way she charges way more just for a simple stiching and is way expensive) and not to do any rework and to put all blame on customers.

The owner is extremely wonderful with a knack of creativity. She understands your taste and creates something that suits your liking to the T. Highly recommended.
