Had a terrible service experience at Yellow Chilli. They are running an offer where they are giving buy 2 get 3. But they have hidden terms and conditions. We ordered 6 items and were expecting 2 free. But when the bill arrived I was told I have ordered 5 items only as soup and dimsums dont't count in the so-called Starter/Main course category. When asked where does it say that the offer is not eligible for soup/dimsum, I was told it is in T&C (which are up to the restaurant) And the attitude of the staff !!! Pathetic.. making faces. When asked to add other items, I was told the bill is already ready and cannot be changed. I wonder what if there was a billing mistake from their side.. would they have still not changed the bill? Manager, staff all acting as if they are big people who have so much important things to do rather than tending to customers.

Food is awesome as always. But the quality of service hass deteriorated a lot. The waiters forgot to serve the complementary papad at the beginning and the paan at the end. Shockingly, it happened to me twice in last two months. On top of that, the interior needs renovation also.

Mmmm, The Yellow Chilli, you give me good food and good mood always, but not in my recent visit. I have visited this place 4 times and evey time I had good experience with them. Their complementary drink and papad with chutney is awesome. Please keep the kaccha mango 🥭 drink always, it tests the best. Also as a cherry on the top, we ISM people get 20% discount here. 🙃 The last time I visited this place for throwing my b'day party and we ordered 2 types of chicken dishes containing 6 pieces in each. But both the dishes contained 5 pcs, but they refilled it just after informing them which was good. One thing I felt bad about that the person who was attending us wasn't accepting it and he made us count the pieces twice which was rude. Like this kind of mistake is not possible on their side or we ate two pieces and then informing them 😒 If you're running a huge resturant like this then you shouldn't behave with the customers like this as suppose your two chicken pieces will cost you a kidney. And nobody apologized for this to us.😒 Anyways, hope you will take note of this and take care of your management so that this kinda incident won't happen in future.

It's situated in Ozone Galleria Mall and fine place for dining. Currently the place is merged with The Hong Kong and you can get menu of The Yellow Chilli and the Hong Kong at same place. Experience: Great experience 4.5/5 Food: Options were great, we ordered vegetarian food, Lacha Paratha, Paneer Lababdar, Dal Tadka, Jeera rice, Tandoori Roti. Overall the taste was great and balanced. Service: It was great, from taking order till bill pay. Ambience: Place was not noisy at all. Lighting was perfect for dining, chairs were comfortable, cutlery was available as per usage Price: Price is on average side, not too costly, not that economical, overall cost would be around 450-550 per person for vegetarian food

I have been to this place multiple times and I never miss to have soup as I find them to be the best that this restaurant offers. It will feel overpriced if you don't have discount offers. Do taste mutton biryani if you are non vegetarian. Leaving food aside, the staff is very friendly mannered ambience is just perfect along with the mild music in background.
