The Tandoori chicken burnt a lot, Total charcoal at many places. Seems marinated before Diwali and couldn't be sold. Overcooked in Tandoor to hide it's oldness. Non burn portion very Dry. Showed to manage, Shri Shukla, who didn't pay any heed to this. जला हुआ चिकन तंदूरी अब किसी को न दिया जाए। फ़ोटो chef/ cook को जरूर दिखाएं। The singer is extremely good. Ambience is good.

The food was on point plus the service they provided with. A perfect rooftop cafe to chill out with some amazing drinks and food.

The Terai Resturant and banquet hall is amazing and elegant. The ambiance is excellent and beautiful decor, elegant atmosphere and vibrant settings that made events memorable. Friendly and supportive staff. They are professionalism, cooperative and willingness to accommodate guests needs. Delicious food and many halls offering customized menus to suit different tastes. Nice experience.

Terai: A terrible and disrespectful experience The experience here was pathetic for me. The staff doesn't respect the customers. I ordered a pizza and the staff/waiter there dropped the pizza on the table while serving. And started serving the dropped pizza and didn't even apologized or cleaned the mess as some slices were fallen on the floor too. The waiter there was rude all the time as if we have committed some mistake, laughing and making joke rather than apologizing. I had to call them twice to clean the mess. It was just too disrespectful to handle. That's the quality of service you get there. We as customer don't pay for food alone, you spend 1k to 2k on a place not just to eat but for a good experience, comfort and respect from the staff as customers.
