Worst salon experience of my life. I clearly explained how I wanted my hair and beard, even showed references, and still they completely messed it up. The haircut is uneven, the shape is wrong, and my beard looks nothing like what I asked for. It honestly feels like they were experimenting instead of listening.at the end i had to shave it all. No professionalism, no attention to detail, and zero accountability. When I pointed out the mistakes, they brushed it off instead of trying to fix it. I walked in confident and walked out embarrassed. Save your time,money and your hair — there are plenty of better salons that actually respect their customers.

I recently visited the salon, despite me AKSING AND CONFIRMING THE PRICE OF HAIR WASH 5-6 times, all agreed then ENTIRE STAFF 350rs, when after the service was done they charged me 550 for the same. They always have HIDDEN COST, do NOT RELY ON THEM, they will charge u EXTRA POST THE SERVICE! The manager ANKITA, was informed by her own staff of ththe charges 350, yet she continued to charge 550. Its not about the money, its about feeling cheated.
