I had a very disappointing experience with this makeup artist and her staff. The behaviour was unprofessional from the very beginning – rude staff, poor communication, and absolutely no regard for client comfort or hygiene. The makeup room was unclean and poorly maintained, which already raised red flags. They used low-quality products and clearly had no proper understanding of makeup basics. After the session, I experienced an allergic reaction due to the products used during both the body waxing and makeup something that has never happened to me before. To make things worse, they had the audacity to overcharge for substandard services. This feels like nothing short of fooling people. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking here. Professionalism, hygiene, and genuine skill are the least one expects – unfortunately, none of that was delivered here. I had a terrible experience with this makeup artist. First of all, they should maintain proper booking records who booked on what date and for which service. It was a complete mess from the start. The makeup itself was absolutely pathetic, nowhere close to the reference picture I had shown. When I showed them my reference photo, instead of politely explaining, the artist’s mother very rudely commented that “you don’t look beautiful” and “you don’t have hair like that,” which was extremely insulting and uncalled for. The overall behavior of the artist and her staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Even other clients present there were complaining about the same poor attitude, bad communication, and lack of respect. It’s really disappointing to see such behavior in a city like Lucknow. Please think twice before booking your makeup here. There are far better and more respectful professionals around. This was truly one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
