Complaint Regarding Poor Hair Colouring Service I recently visited Lemongrass salon for a global hair colouring service. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the results. The stylist applied an excessive amount of bleach, which has not only damaged my hair but also completely ruined the final colour result. I had expected professional service and quality results, especially from a reputed salon like yours. However, the bleach was overused and the final hair colour does not match what was discussed or expected. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this parlour to anyone.

Very bad experience with lemongrass ....... They all are unprofessional and they don't have any manner to talk or explain anything to customer.....I have lots of cuts on my eyebrows and forhead ......They are too expensive....I saw other parlour as well but....they are rediculas

I don't even want to give 1 star to this salon. Irresponsible unprofessional experience and is unreasonably expensive also. There you find ill mannered staff named GAUHAR, she misbehaved with me and her hands were very unskilled.Made me feel uncomfortable. Because of her the products got into my nose and throat. Imagine what I beared there! During facial she was asking me to shift here and there and did not give enough time to facial. She even talks loudly and disrespectfully on phone. Took more money than was reasonable. The whole lemongrass is so unprofessional. I have paid 1k in advance to which gauhar said that it would not be returned. Then I talked to the manager , he said that I can take some other service or it will be refunded. I feel she is dishonest also. Kindly see what kind of staff you take in your salon. And also I want an apology from this girl
