I had a very disappointing experience with Lady Cafe Salon in Etawah. I had paid ₹5000 in advance for my bridal makeup, and later I informed them that I no longer wished to go ahead with the service. I politely requested either a refund or at least to adjust the amount towards any other service, as ₹5000 is not a small amount for me. Instead of helping, they refused every option and kept the entire amount without providing even a single service. As a customer, I felt completely unheard and let down. I’m sharing this based on my personal experience so others are careful with advance payments here. I really hope the salon improves its customer policies and handles situations more fairly in the future. A BIG NO for this salon!

Worst behaviour, have booked the bridal makeup took a lot of time to attend and after doing all of the mess asked for some video for my wedding shot they told me to pay additional 5000 rupees.

I went to this salon for the first time but I was impressed with their services. Staff were really polite and the salon was clean. I went for a haircut followed by hair colour and hair spa which was done very nicely by their staff. I got charged a very descent amount. I’m definitely going to this Salon again. I loved the way they took care of my hair. Good job! Keep it up lady cafe 😊
Being in a small city like Etawah, this salon has best of the services what you get in tier 1 cities.the main lady Urmila is highly professional , calm and composed. I got my make done recently on (6th Feb). It was efficient, I am very happy with services. Pragati chaturvedi
