This is the second time in the last two years we have purchased a pot from them and have had quality issues. Hindware is a well known company but their quality and their distributors of late have shown how they don't care about their customers anymore. We have been contacting them for the last 2 months to help resolve an issue for a broken hydraulics on the seat cover of a brand new pot and they just keep passing the complaint around without solving the issue. The sales person Rohit/Rahul and the owner Mr. Ankur and even the accountant have all been informed but no help yet. Even complained to Hindware and they have done NOTHING. Almost 2 months now.
