I visited this place for nanoplastia during an offer, and I honestly don’t know what they did to my hair. My hair color completely changed to an ugly golden shade( no hair colour used, but because of extreme chemicals) which I never asked for. The result is extremely disappointing. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I had the worst experience with Hair Club, and they completely ruined my Mehndi day. During booking, they spoke very politely and promised that everything would be provided on the makeup day – lashes, lens, accessories, proper bridal-level service. But the moment I reached there to get ready, their tone changed completely. They refused to provide lashes, lens, or anything they had committed, saying they would only do “basic makeup.” On top of that, they even gave me dhamki that they would cancel my bridal package if I said anything or questioned their behaviour. The staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. For a bride, Mehndi day is special, and they made it stressful instead of beautiful. I would never recommend Hair Club to any bride. If you care about your big day and want a smooth, respectful experience, please avoid this place. Their promises are fake, and their behaviour is unacceptable.

Absolutely the worst experience ever at The Hairclub. Today was my first time taking their service, and trust me, it will also be the last. My fiancé and I both got a manicure and pedicure, and it was nowhere even close to what they hype on Instagram. They used boiling hot water for the pedicure—so hot that it literally started burning our skin. When we asked how anyone is supposed to tolerate that, their answer was, “It removes tanning.” Removing tanning is one thing, burning someone’s skin is another. Even the scrub, pack, and other products felt extremely cheap and irritating on the skin. It’s been hours and our skin is still reacting. People seriously need to stop overhyping this place unless they improve their service. What they show online and what they actually provide are two completely different things. Completely NOT worth it.

Rude and arrogant staff. Too much wait time. I recently visited this salon with a friend, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the female receptionist asked us to wait for five minutes. However, one of us was seated after a 30-minute wait, despite multiple follow-ups. The other person, however, was left waiting for over an hour. We repeatedly asked the receptionist what was going on, but each time, she just told us to keep waiting. It was frustrating to see that other customers, who arrived after us, were immediately attended to. Eventually, when the second person asked about the delay, the receptionist began lying, claiming that everyone ahead had prior appointments — including the person who had been seated earlier, which was untrue. To make things worse, one of the artists then said, “We can’t satisfy every customer,” which felt incredibly dismissive. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for our time was really disappointing. I would not recommend this salon.

Worst haircut of my life. The staff acted like they were doing me a favor just by showing up, and my barber looked like he’d rather be anywhere else. I asked for a simple trim — came out looking like I lost a bet. The service was lazy, the atmosphere was awkward, and nobody seemed to know what they were doing. If you value your hair, your time, or basic human decency, avoid this place like the plague. I recently visited this salon in Aligarh with a friend. When we arrived, we were told the waiting time would be around 20 minutes. After waiting patiently, it was finally my turn, and I was done in about an hour. However, my friend's turn never came, even after I was finished. When we politely asked the salon manager why my friend hadn't been attended to yet—despite being free—they responded rudely, saying, "Har customer ko satisfied nahi kar sakte," and claimed that the next person had an appointment. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and disappointing. Regardless of the situation, customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Definitely not the experience we expected.

Amazing services are provided here, i took hair treatment known as nanoplastia along with highlights and global color by rohit sir it withstand for more than a year even in the waters of the UAE. I took other services like facial, pedicure etc from bulbul she was amazing. Overall it takes great care of their customers and services and offers are great.

Extremely disappointing experience. I visited this salon just before my wedding and asked for the best treatment to add volume to my thin hair. Instead of guiding me properly, they recommended a botox treatment — which actually reduces volume and is not suitable before major events. They never informed me that heat styling would damage the treatment, and any experienced professional would have advised against it so close to a wedding. As a result, my bridal hairstyle didn’t turn out well, and the treatment wore off within a few days. It’s clear they were more interested in profit than in my actual needs. Very unprofessional and careless. Not recommended if you’re looking for genuine advice or care.
