We booked a bridal makeup artist from this salon for my sister’s wedding, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. The artist they sent didn’t even have 1% makeup skills. Instead of making her look beautiful, the makeup completely ruined her bridal look and spoiled the biggest day of her life. They also took an advance payment and refused to refund it, even after delivering such poor and unprofessional service. This salon clearly survives on fake ratings, not real customer satisfaction. Extremely irresponsible and disappointing. I will never recommend this salon to anyone. Please avoid it if you don’t want your special day to be ruined.

Plucked our her hairs , caused rash on her face , And their arrogance is on another level Will take huge sum of money in the name of professional Make up artist,and will send amateurs to decorate the bride . Me and my brother take hair cut and beard setting from that Parlour. Service for that was awsm. Technicians are also well suppotive. And lastly the price was affordable.

The Enrose Family Salon at Center Point Mall, Bank More, Dhanbad is honestly my favorite salon. Every time I visit, the staff makes me feel comfortable and give amazing service.
