Very pathetic service the staff are very rude they even talk. To you properly I bought cake from this shop from past 7 years but when I go this month to bought cake and some decoration item and one of the item in decoration is defective I told them to return it but they told me it’s not our fault this is what the customer service I would not recommend this shop anyone anymore

I bought cake for my friends birthday party and it was totally bad. After cutting the cake the bread layer was dry and cream tastes so bad. This bakery is not selling only spoiled foods but also spoiling our celebrations. Deserves to get worst rating.
Got a 1/2 kg ready made fruit cake and it was the worst cake I had ever taken. Specially asked about the cream on the cake...they said it's normal....but when we cut the cake it was full of cream only and hardly 100 gms of cake was there. And we have to throw it as we can't eat it.
