🚫 Ruined My Cousin Sister’s Bridal Look — A Total Letdown! 🚫 I’m writing this as a cousin sister of the bride, and I honestly wish we had never booked Sumit Makeover, Bareilly for her bridal makeup. Despite promising a “premium makeover”, what they delivered was nothing short of cheap, unhygienic, and careless service. Her foundation didn’t match her skin tone at all — it was patchy, uneven, and made her look grey in her wedding photos. Within an hour, the makeup started cracking and melting, especially around her nose and mouth. Her eyeshadow was smudged, and the lipstick faded before the main ceremony even began! The worst part? The staff was untrained, rude, and completely unprofessional. No skin prep, no hygiene — just dirty brushes and dusty products slapped onto her face like she was part of a hurried trial, not a bride. When we tried to complain, they blamed her skin instead of accepting their fault. We had to redo some of the makeup at home, and even then, the damage to her confidence was already done. This is not just about bad makeup — it’s about ruining a bride’s most special day. ❌ If you care about quality, dignity, and your big moment — avoid this salon completely.
