Sports Point in Allahabad was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in any sports store. Instead of helping customers, the staff seems more interested in talking down to them. When I asked for a simple stringing choice, the person at the counter acted as if I had committed a crime. He mocked my racket, gave irrelevant comparisons, and behaved like basic customer preference was an inconvenience for him.
Sports Point in Prayagraj offers a wide range of sports goods with helpful staff and good customer service. The quality is reliable, and prices are reasonable. However, the store can improve by adding more international sports brands and creating a small demo area for better customer experience.
I loved this shop and I am visiting this shop from 3 years and their works which they do and modifications in badminton rackets etc. So I will say to visit this shop once and then say about this shop the behaviour of the owner is too good.

The young fellow, showcasing us the racquets, he was looking down on us for choosing an affordable entry level racquet, and was a bit rude. Hundred Powertek 1000Pro is for 990 on Hundred's official website, they are selling for 1100, similarly Yonex Astrox Attack 9 is for 1500 online, and they are selling for 1600. I asked for a receipt and the owner(probably) giggled. They gave me a handwritten receipt. Minor scratches were there on the racquets, their justification was "since the racquets are on display". Overall I felt I made a mistake buying it from Sports Point, since they made me feel bad, I do not recommend buying from them, Kindly explore other shops for a good experience.
