so far I have had the best experience, be it my engagement look, bridal look or a normal party look. satisfied. but, I got that final pretty look everytime only after my suggestion/ inputs were executed for example- lipstic shade which I chose because you only know what looks best on you! and giving these inputs also help the professionals as well, so don't be totally dependent on them, share your preferences and tastes with them too.

Very Disappointing Experience — Would Never Recommend I travelled all the way from Pune to Prayagraj to attend a family wedding and had high hopes when I booked an HD party makeup worth ₹7,000 at this salon. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disaster. The makeup was extremely yellowish, uneven, and looked cakey in just an hour. It completely ruined my look for the special day — I couldn’t even click a decent picture because of how bad it was. The hairstyle they did was loose and fell apart within an hour. Adding to this, I had rented jewellery from them, which was supposed to be for 24 hours. Shockingly, they kept calling me repeatedly within 10 hours, even while I was attending the wedding ceremonies. Despite informing them I would return it once I was free, they continued calling and harassing me during important family functions. When I visited the salon the next day to return the jewellery and shared my experience, instead of acknowledging their poor service, they blamed the weather, claiming it was due to the summer heat. Good salons usually offer some form of compensation or at least an apology when they ruin a customer’s experience — but here, they clearly said “we don’t do any compensation.” I’ve also attached pictures for reference. My sincere advice — do not choose this salon for your special occasions. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service.

Loot all together. It was more or less hit to your pocket. I went to get my beard cleaned, salon charged 450/- Shaving was not proper either. Salon staff was in hurry to attend other clients. Not recommended

Very bad experience of haircut and beard styling. They just do what they know instead of you telling them how to style your hair they will insist on their own and end up destroying your hair. Also for beard they are very unprofessional , they don't know to operate a blade and will end up getting a cut on your face or neck and then charge a hefty amount just to keep their low demand salon running
