The WORST experience ever stay away from this so-called boutique!! If I could give them negative stars, I would. I trusted them with an expensive kurta and pants, thinking they would handle it professionally. Instead, they completely ruined my outfit. Despite giving them multiple chances to fix it, wearing it, returning it, and explaining what went wrong each time, they still managed to mess it up again and again. At the end, their response was basically, “We don’t understand” and then they stopped responding altogether. That’s not just unprofessional, that’s insulting. It wasn’t just about the money (though I spent a bomb on the clothes and tailoring), it was about the emotions, the occasion, and the trust I had placed in them. All of it went to waste because of their careless, clueless, and arrogant attitude. This boutique is the perfect example of why people lose faith in so-called “premium” designers. They took my money, destroyed my clothes, and when it came to accountability they simply vanished. To anyone considering this boutique: don’t waste your money, time, or peace of mind here. They don’t deserve your trust.
