Purchased Aquaguard commercial RO for my office from this distributor, got very reasonable price compare to online price also. Very quick service from them. Really impressed from this Distributor.
These people are using very poor quality products for the RO service. I had the membrane changed in April, and then the carbon sediment was changed in June. Today is September 2nd, and the RO has broken down again, and water is not reaching the membrane. When I asked for service again, they said there would be a ₹350 service charge, and the cost of any faulty product would be extra. This means that after generating a bill of ₹5000 in 5 months, they want me to install new products again. It would be better to buy a new RO for ₹5000; at least it would work for a year. Their service is just that terrible
Fixed up the order on text, didn't even have a telephonic conversation and within 4 hours my purifier was installed and functional. I didn't have to supervise, the technician did the installation and gave me the bill and assistance details. I am very impressed with the quality and speed of their service as well as their professional behaviour. Definitely recommend!!!
