Gulshan e iqbal branch Pathetic service... Worst saloon... Not recommended for hair cutting They don't even listen to their clients. I have below waist lenght. I took hair cut from there and they chop my hair till shoulder. I have mentioned them that i don't want to shortened my hair lenght but they didn't even listen. I also complain on their insta and WhatsApp but they were like thanks to inform us...
I had a terrible experience with this service. I visited them for an Extenso treatment 4 months ago, and since then, I have been dealing with severe hair fall and damage. The products they used caused a skin rash as well. After I left a negative review, they blocked me. I strongly advise against going to them, as they will only ruin your hair and overall experience.
WORST SALON EVER! I had extenso, few days back, they not only burnt my hair but also my hair lost their shine after the first wash! Super untrained staff, Won’t recommend to anyone, Don’t be fool by their deals at all. You will have to pay later a bigger amount!!!!!!!! 0/10
My experience at Sapna parlour was horrible. Whilst applying for their services they single handedly scammed me , I kept asking for a discount and they never told me that there was extra charges for blowdry even though I just needed a simple haircut. Rather I found out from other customers that they have come here by seeking discount offers on social media , and that the staff saw that I was nieve and scammed us. I think that sapna's main goal isn't to provide good services for the public, rather their main purpose is to gain money and exceed their wealth. I lost a total 1600 rupees even though I kept asking for a discount and they never asked if I needed the bIowdry or not. And afterwards when we asked about why we weren't told about the extra charges for blow dry they told us that they give certain people vip treatments & favours whilst others have to pay the charges. This shows the parlour is narcissistic and has double standards. I will never recommend this parlor to anyone nor will I ever go their myself.
