Best service policy i have many issude they have solve all it
Staff's behavior is good no doubt in that, But they don't have technical knowledge regarding their very own brand, I want there 2 days before the expiration date of my tablet, ask requested them please repaired it so that mjhe again naa ane pade , kyu oi next time I'll have to pay heavy amount for the Job work and parts used ... then, it seems they did nothing with my device , the problem is still there. At first site they said , isme kuchh nahi ho skta humare se bhi, what the hell apke company ka product hai apko ana chhaiye repaired krne that's it. Now they want me to pay obviously, and My device is of no use , it honestly when you have less qualified Staff's for technical work.
The service is as per expected quite fast. The staff are good and cooperative.
