Visited Samporna Boutique recently and loved the collection! Unique ethnic designs, good quality fabrics, and neat finishing. The staff was friendly and helped me pick exactly what I was looking for.

Extremely disappointing service. They outright said there's no return policy, which is absurd. These days, almost every brand—even excluding innerwear—offers some form of exchange or return. I have no idea how the owner expects to stand out in the market with such a rigid and customer-unfriendly policy.

Everything was fine... Just felt a little dull with their service. 1)They were not that active , hesitated to show us varieties even though we were interested.(don't know why?) Also we were the only customers there. 2)Nothing was coming from their side like "you can check this one or that one". 3) Didn't seem helpful,options were limited for us. Yes that's how we felt. ( for the 2nd time too) Hope they will improve on this particular area.
