I had one of the worst dining experiences at Saffron Restaurant. The food was below average – bland, oily, and nowhere near the quality you’d expect for the price. To make things worse, the service was absolutely terrible. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and behaved as if they were doing us a favor by serving. There was no courtesy, no hospitality, and no sense of customer service. From start to finish, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. Honestly, both the food and service were a complete letdown. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good food or even basic respectful behavior from the staff.
This restaurant is an absolute disgrace - a complete waste of time, money, and energy. The service is shockingly poor, with staff so careless, rude, and mannerless that it's insulting instead of a pleasant experience, they only managed to cause frustration and annoyance....
Very bad taste of food. Went on Sunday afternoon for lunch at 12:45pm.. we have been told that the restaurent will open attachments 1pm. We waited. At 1pm when we went in came to know the chef has not yet come. We again waited.. we ordered Chicken Ghee Roast and Chicken Changezi... The taste of both was pathetic also both of them were not cooked the way it should be cooked. Will never recommend this restaurent to anyone who loves to have good and testy food.
Very nice restaurant. You can go with family and njoy good and tasty foods. Staff service is good. You can try paneer tikka masala. Chef special ice cream was ok ok and very sweet. Chicken lollipop was tasty. Very near to bus stand.
Experience in Saffron was great, we went there for bday celebration ; Good staff service, good care of hygiene, Reasonable pricing with tasty meal and large space. Atmosphere and ambience was nice , really good place for friends & family gathering, bday or anniversary celebration.We ordered 6-7 items in just Rs.1200(without GST). In the food , I gave 4 stars only for one reason because we ordered American corn with salt & pepper , it was good but not that much . Rest of the dishes were good.
