They have proper seating arrangement at the reception and beyond too. They are quite courteous and ask for tea or coffee from everyone walking in. I had an amazing time getting a refreshing and rejuvenating head massage from Narendra who is an expert from Delhi and associated with the establishment for the last four years. The interiors, furniture and fixture, quality of items used and the entire team on the whole were truly impeccable and flawless. The entire team seemed truly devoted, dedicated and ever-willing to serve in the best way possible. They have bridal makeup packages as well starting from ₹11000. If you only want good AC and a nice environment, this place might work for you—but in terms of haircut quality, the barber has zero skill and understanding of styling. This experience has caused me great disappointment and distress, as I had invested months in growing my hair to achieve that look.
