I want to inform everyone about this. Dr. Atrii Gupta and Dr. Rohit Gupta may seem like good doctors to you. I also met them for the first time and initially found them to be good. When I showed my father to them, they said that a colonoscopy would be done after his stomach was properly cleared. However, my father’s stomach was not cleared, so he was admitted there. My father went there in a completely normal condition. He was kept admitted for 24 hours. During the night itself, my father’s condition started worsening. I told Dr. Atrii about this and asked what should be done. He said, “This cannot be handled here; take him to Delhi.” I said, “Alright, please prepare the discharge.” He said okay and told me he would come to the room, but he did not come. When I spoke to Dr. Rohit Gupta and told him that we needed to take my father to Delhi and asked how to proceed, he also had no clear decision. Then I called Dr. Atrii Gupta’s son, but he did not receive the call. I spoke to his junior and told him that the doctor was supposed to come but did not. I asked him to connect me to the doctor, tell us how to take my father, and prescribe medicines. He neither connected the call nor explained anything. Finally, we made our own decision and arranged an ICU ambulance 🚑 with a doctor and came to Delhi by road. While leaving, they did not give us any medication papers, nor did they explain what medicines were being given—nothing was told. They said, “This is our rule; we do not tell what medicines we give.” The behavior of the entire staff there was very bad. They take emergency fees first, but they do not attend to patients in an emergency. It has been 3 days now, and my father is completely fine in Delhi. I want to tell everyone that these doctors are not good. Do not place complete trust in them. They do not even have proper ambulance 🚑 arrangements. They can only handle normal cases. I hope all of you understand.

I have got the Gall Bladder removal surgery done for my father by Dr Rohit ji and Dr Atri ji. We had a good experience overall. Doctor and his crew is well behaved, helpful and organised. Special mention for crew will be Vikky Mishra, Swati, Ashutosh, OT staff, etc. They have a clean hospital, but the room cleaning needs a good supervision especially the toilets! We used the blood test service which was also prompt. Parking is also available. We didn’t use the canteen, so cannot comment on that. Overall, it’s been 2 weeks from the surgery that I’m writing this review and I am happy to recommend this place without a doubt !!
