If I could give 0 stars, I would. I visited this parlour and had the worst experience ever. I went in for a cleanup/facial (almost 2000rs) that was mediocre at best. But the real nightmare was the haircut. I clearly asked for a layered cut in a slight U-shape—nothing extreme—but the owner, who cut my hair herself, didn’t bother to listen to me at all. I asked for layers, she did steps in my hair, leaving it short up to my shoulders, completely ignoring my instructions. My hair is wavy, so it shrank even more after drying, making it look even worse. She didn’t bother to set my hair properly afterward, and the whole haircut was rushed in just 15 minutes. How can anyone call this professional work? I had a family function the next day, and this mess completely ruined it for me. Previously I had a haircut at G**tanjali salon orderly bazar, it was so much better. I regret not going there and trying this parlor instead. It's a little bit pricey but if you are willing then please prefer a better salon over these so called parlors. If you care about your hair and value your money, STAY AWAY from this place. Unprofessional, careless, and terribly skilled people. All the staff just gossip and show no dedication to work.

I must say that I had a great experience visiting Renuka beauty salon..She is such an experienced Artist and she has been in this profession since 30+ years..I would highly recommend her for the services she provides. Hair treatments and facials are the best of all. I wish her all the very best for the future.🤩

The worst parlour, my sister's engagement was runied, she got blisters all over her face, it took years to cure and the dermatologist was like, really bad products, they will. Not say even sorry for that and the 5 rated review are all. Fake. I can bet on that. Please visit some good parlour such as lakme, she n me and other but don't visit her, and the ppl are not respectful, they judge, you can look thee way they see u, and it's not their problem they learn this from their owner, she is the same.

The worst parlor in orderly bazaar u can go to I guess ! They don't have private rooms for waxing or clean ups... It's like everyone sitting in the same room.....environment is Same as public toilet and people are rude to other level...if u want to go in orderly bazaar only choose lakme or face n grace... But RENUKA worst
