The only Electronics store in Varanasi with lowest possible price of electronic goods. I have been to this shop since my childhood, and this was the place where we bought our first LED tv from. Only the faces of the sales people have changed but that trust in the name of R D Kothari & Sons has not changed. I was in search of an AC and I had been to MOST electronics store in Varanasi. I was quite fed up with the kind of customer support that I was getting. But, the kind of customer support that I got from R D Kothari was unmatched. All the sales person at the shop were quite humble and were approachable. The ambiance was great. The staff from entry to exit were quite supportive. They had a wide range of electronic products and there were good number of options to choose from. You can check the products' working and then you can buy it. There is no rush and the overall experience is quite relaxed. I remember the faces of the owners of the shop from almost 30 years ago and I was quite impressed with the quality support provided by young and dynamic Mr. Harshit Kothari who went to each product with me to explain about the specifications of the electronics product I was interested in. Even the watchman of the shop assured me of the safe delivery of the AC to my home. Finally, the AC I bought was safely delivered to my home, without any hassle. This is what every customer wants his buying experience to be. Even various online e-commerce platforms cannot substitute this experience of physically experiencing the products before buying them. The price at which I bought the AC was about 20% less than at Amazon/Flipkart and was 10% less than what other Electronics shops in Varanasi were offering. Needless to say that, the deal that I got at Kothari was exceptionally good. The prices at Kothari are so competitive that there is no need to haggle(mol-bhav) with their staff, for prices, unlike at other electronic stores in Varanasi. Overall a great buying experience. Highly recommended. I'll visit this store again, without going to any other electronics store.

I thought they were okay as the staff behaved fine. However, after reaching home we found that they had sent us the show piece with many scratches whereas they had promised to give us a new piece. We purchased a whirl pool easing machine. Next thing is that, when we made the payment they promised us to instal the machine on the same day, but they installed the 3rd day. Not honest. We lost our trust.

I bought a symphony cooler on( 29-apr-19).Good price , product and large range of different appliances.

Prices were competitive but stock was little old. They don't keep LG brand. Salesman was readonable in dealing with customer. Car parking could be little problem as one has to park on the road. Good enough space for bike parking.
