Highly unprofessional, cheap and fake products, arrogant staff and owner. Went there for a hydra facial worth ₹3500, all they gave me was scars and cuts on my face with the cheap quality products they use. I insisted them to show the products they used, they didn’t show it. They use all cheap and fake products in cover of giving mega customer some card for ₹1000. Do NOT VISIT THIS STUPID PARLOUR

Worst Experience Ever – Highly Unprofessional Behavior! I had the worst experience at Rama Radiant Parlour, Varanasi on 9th February 2025, for my sister-in-law's sister’s wedding. I regret choosing this place, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! 1. Makeup Quality – Disaster! - The makeup didn’t even last two hours. It turned black and started melting all over the face. - Instead of using Kryolan products, she secretly used Swiss Beauty, which is of much lower quality. - When we asked about the products, she started hiding them instead of being transparent. 2. Unprofessional and Rude Behavior - She forced me to take before-and-after pictures, even when I said I wasn’t comfortable. No customer concern at all! - She misbehaves with her own staff,insulting them in front of customers. This was extremely uncomfortable to witness. - After completing our makeup, she forced us to leave immediately, even though we were three women with a baby. When I requested to stay for 10-20 minutes, she rudely said, "Ma’am, we have already exceeded the time. Please leave ASAP." 3. Overpriced for Such a Bad Service - We paid ₹1800 per person for this terrible makeup. - When we negotiated due to the poor quality, she rudely said, "We are not reducing even a single penny! I already gave a discount because of your sister-in-law." - She even muttered insults, saying “Makeup bhi chahiye, eyelashes bhi chahiye, aur paise dene nahi hai" (which was completely disrespectful). 4. Overall Experience – Never Again! - I traveled all the way from Delhi to Varanasi for this wedding, only to be treated terribly and given the worst makeup ever. - I paid so much for this terrible experience, and instead of treating us with respect, she was rude and unprofessional. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. Horrible service, bad attitude, and a complete waste of money
