Extremely Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience I went in for a haircut and made it very clear—multiple times—that I did not want the length of my hair reduced significantly. I even agreed to a trim of 2–3 inches, which was shown to me. Despite this, the supposed hair professional ended up cutting off 7–8 inches. For context, my hair was waist-length, reaching down to my lower back, and I left with it essentially cut in half—despite clearly stating multiple times that I wanted to keep it long. When I confronted him, he first tried to deny it, then casually claimed the cut “wouldn’t be visible,” so he took it upon himself to reduce the length anyway. This wasn’t just a minor miscommunication—it was a complete disregard for what I asked. To make matters worse, he took before and after videos of me without even asking for my permission. When I spoke to the receptionist/manager and showed them the videos, the response was just as dismissive. I was told that customers “usually say the cut isn’t visible,” so he might have acted on that assumption. No accountability—just an obvious attempt to rush me out after making me pay. I left feeling frustrated and unheard. Highly untrained staff, poor customer service, and zero professionalism. I will never be returning, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who values their hair, their privacy, or their time.
