I went here for hair spa but their staff member manipulated me to take hydralock based spa which is basically hair treatment not spa but still I didn’t react until i came back got rashes all over my hair line, back neck and behind the ears. I went there for the cure but they told me that your skin is sensitive so it got affected coz of heat but i feel if it is coz of heat then it should have burning sensation rather than rashes and etching. They treated my hair in a very unprofessional way without doing any patch testing or using a low quality product that there is no difference between them and a casual parlour wali aunty who cost much less than this so called professionals.
