I am really upset with my hair colour, on 27th May, 2025. I coloured my hair Grey ,It cost me around 10k with hair color and all the shampoo and conditioner as suggested by them. After 1st wash my Hair colour become orange from grey which is the Bleach color , I complaint they said its the water I use to wash has iron so this happened, so this time I asked them to do Copper color but again the same thing happened after first wash the colour is gone and only the bleaching color orange is there ,, just like my money the color is also gone in a week .. I don't know how to fix this. After paying so much if I need to cut my hair and couldn't even flaunt my color for a week. I have coloured my hair at home many times ,it was never a blunder like this even after not being professional,, but all this people charging this high amount still this is the result.

I visited Posh for a balayage hair color and specifically requested a non-bleach option. Despite my clear instructions, the stylist who was clearly inexperienced went ahead and used bleach without my consent. The color faded within just 10 days, which is unacceptable for a professional service. When I raised my concern, I was offered a redo, but unfortunately, the same issue happened again. Now, not only is the color completely faded, but I am also experiencing significant hair loss due to the damage caused by the repeated bleaching. This has been a frustrating and distressing experience. I trusted the salon with my hair and ended up with irreversible damage. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for professional and trustworthy service.

The service was excellent. I got a hair spa and toe nail extension done. Pompi didi did it, and she didn't let me get bored for even a second. She has a very humble nature. We chatted a lot, and I loved it here. I'll definitely come back soon.

I visited posh yesterday with a confirmed appointment and to my disappointment. The staff was in so much rush and hurry. Eyebrows done was a mess, she was in such a hurry since it was past 7:30pm. Waxing was so pathetic. The staff even refused to do my hair wash even after taking a confirmed appointment. However, the manager intervened and it was done. Posh was definitely one of the best in customer service. It is sad to say that the quality now has come down immensely.
