Worst Experience spending so much money. We booked through MMT and the service from both hotel & MMT was pathetic. 1. 3rd Floor with no one to help lifting luggage. 2. We were offered rooms without toilet & bathroom, imagine.. anyone who books any room spending around rs 1750, will not have toilets and bathroom in it. 3. Bathroom were not clean and Geyser was not working. 4. No dustbin in room. 5. Rat in the room. 6. Toilet Flush Not Working. Many More, but these are enough to justify my experience. Thanks

We booked a room by visiting them n not online. They show us a certain room's pictures and confirmed it for us but they said that room will be checked out soon. Meanwhile they showed us another room with bathroom(not attached) and told us to take rest and get fresh until the main room is being empty. N we fall for their trap. Around 4pm they cane to said that the room is still not available as the guests are still there so we stay in the room that were given to us for taking rest. After some argument we agreed. Now the worst part, next morning they called over phn and said that we need to empty the room as some other guests booked it online. What hell was that. A room is alloted to some guest and you gave the same room to another guest as they are paying more through some 3rd party online booking. This is scam and very unprofessional. However, we moved to that new room eventually. The new room was small, made of ply with a hole in the wall like an opening to some underground tunnel. The floor vibrates as it was built on some iron structure. The room doesn't even have a small tea table, or hook to hang clothes. Asking for wardrobe or chair is a luxury tbh. Worst experience. And yes the stairs, they are stairs to the heaven. People with cholesterol issue must avoid, warna tumri phepre tyaen bol dey maharaj. Sidhe yamraj tak nikal joyoge

Only positive thing is it is located close to viswanath dham temple. Otherwise, there is no parking space for car within half a kilometre area. Also avoid booking if you have elderly person as it is located in a very narrow street and need to climb stairs to reach the house. The stairs steps are also very steep and difficult to climb. No lifts are available. The rooms are okayish not very good nor bad.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel condition was extremely poor — the room and washroom were dirty and unhygienic. The geyser was not working, and the bed was of very bad quality, shaking constantly and very uncomfortable to sleep on. We were three females (including my 68-year-old mother and two kids), and we were given a room on the 3rd floor with no lift. It was very difficult to climb so many stairs. The staff behaved rudely and in a very unprofessional way, which made us feel unsafe. Even when I was taking pictures to share with MakeMyTrip, they started questioning me rudely. The overall property is not at all maintained — the entrance itself was messy and cluttered. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The only good thing about this place is its location — it’s somewhat close to Dashashwamedh Ghat. But overall, the experience was really bad. We had booked the room for 3 days and still had to wait for almost 2 hours after the check-in time to get the key. The rooms are on the 3rd or 4th floor, which is tough for older people. Cleanliness was just okay — both the room and toilet were average. There wasn’t even a proper hanger for clothes or a cupboard to keep our bags. When it rained, the room leaked badly, and all our clothes kept on the handrail got completely drenched. The bathroom water was also hard water, not suitable for bathing. I booked this place after reading the reviews, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. Wouldn’t recommend this stay to anyone.

Worth stay. Easy access to ghats and temples. Best for youngsters 👍 if possible check in eve post 6 pm Higher chances that room will be available in 700-800 rs AC one

A very good stay at a great location. Many of the popular temples are at walking distances. Clean and spacious rooms. Everything was up to mark. Friendly behaviour of staff👍

Don't believe this fake reviews... I booked for 4 days and suffered a lot. 1.temple nearby but cannot walkin overtime because this hotel not in main road 2.No lift, they have rooms only in 2nd floor or 3rd floor, very tough to claim, I came with my mom and suffered. Better hotel available in main road. 3. No heater, everytime need to call the person and ask.... If u want to go dharshan morning 3 no hot water and he will not provide 4. No wifi.... My office work disturbed a lot, they give but it will be just 1 or 2 points and cannot make calls 5. Power cut and return - ac everything will take time to restart 6.coming here is to have dharshan, if u plan early morning and all the gate will be locked and there r some Shops and u need to contact the person and open it and same for returning. All the photos only inside room nothing outside and they don't care about you.

Room size is ok. Cleaniness required. Table was dirty. 3rd floor property without lift. It will be difficult to reach the property. No signage. At 8.00 in the morning one of the staff knocked my door and asked me to give review .
