An absolute hidden gem!! Everything we tried was amazing. I would especially recommend the Banarasi Aloo and Paneer Do Pyaza. The staff is well-behaved, and the atmosphere is simply wonderful!
Phulwari Restaurant & Sami Cafe is a spacious and comfortable pure-veg place in this area. The thali is sufficient for one person, with good portion sizes. If you opt for à la carte, the prices are slightly on the higher side. The food taste is decent, and compared to other restaurants nearby, this place is definitely a better option. Although it’s located near a busy road, the restaurant is slightly inside, so you won’t experience much traffic noise. The place is clean and hygienic, which is a big plus.
One of the worst restaurant in the terms of service, it took around 20-30 mins just to take the order and 45 mins more to serve it.
If you want quality and quantity food I would suggest you to try once they are serving very tasty food. You may have to wait for sometime due to long queue.
If you visit Banaras, you must try this veg thali 🍽️ at Phulwari Restaurant & Sami Cafe.
Okayish place - nothing great. Quantity of the food is good but NOT the quality. Situated very near to the Vishwanath temple , the restaurant is always crowded. Service is fine but the food is not. We ordered kadai paneer and garlic kulcha. Kulcha was good but sabzi was okay. Ambience is alrighty. Good seating space available. No parking available Situated on a very busy street. Somewhat recommended
Quiet restaurant in the middle of Varanasi. Dishes are very abundant, tasty and not spicy (if requested). We had full lunch in 4 ppl (including 2 big guys) for 1500rupie.
Phulwari Restaurant in Varanasi was known for its delightful ambiance and authentic flavors of traditional Indian cuisine. Very good vegetarian dishes, warm hospitality. The restaurant's dedication to serving delicious meals amidst a tranquil atmosphere made it a favored spot among locals and tourists alike.
