Not recommended for hair cutting! 1) No knowledge of hair cutting 2) Staff charges are different, if they did something wrong then madam start rectification now her charges is different! Recommended: 1)Ask whatever they are doing did they have any prior experience or not! Specify if something wrong they have to bear the price! 2)Secondly ask about the charges before proceeding for any makeover!

Terrible experience – please avoid this salon at all costs. My sister went for a hair color treatment, and it turned into a nightmare. They applied color 5 times on her hair and still failed to deliver the promised quality result. Instead, her scalp got damaged, leading to severe itching and constant headaches. We trusted them because of their online presence and so-called influencer marketing, but the reality is shocking – no certified professionals, no proper consultation, and poor service standards. They charged a hefty amount of money, but the products they used clearly weren’t what they advertised. This place might look good online, but in reality, it’s just fake hype. If you care about your hair and health, don’t fall for this trap. There are far better salons with genuine services and certified experts. Despite all this, their after-service was even worse. We requested a refund due to the damage, but they flat-out refused, saying their products were "wasted" on her as if that justifies harming someone's hair and health. Very disappointed with OneTouch Agra Salon. My hair was colored multiple times in one sitting because they weren’t sure about the shad first too light, then too dark. It irritated my scalp badly. She also cut my hair while it was still wet after washing, which made things worse. My scalp feels damaged and the whole experience was very careless. Not going back. Charges hefty amount but the service and people are rubbish with Zero experience

Worst experience. Went there for the first time . Never going back there , Coloured my hair with the wrong colour that too two times , Called it a mistake. , my hairs are damaged now. They are already thin the continuous hairwash after two wrong colours made it worse. Wasted my time and money both. No Years of experience. The level of confidence is at its peak but the quality of the work is absolute Rubbish.
