I (for my Sister) recently availed a makeup package from this parlour, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. They promote specific packages with the assurance of using premium products as per the selected plan. However, during my visit, they used basic products instead. When questioned, the staff casually mentioned they had “forgotten” my package type, which was quite unprofessional. Additionally, they insist on taking the full payment before the final session, leaving customers with no option to address concerns or request changes if the service quality doesn’t match the promised standard. Overall, I found the transparency and service delivery below expectations. I would suggest more honesty and accountability in maintaining the standards associated with each package. I believe they are very hyped but services are just ok and as per charger very poor.
