WASTE OF MONEY AND SCAM. I got scammed by dealer. I was shopping for the computer parts for 8 to 10 years from this shop, but now i got upset when they scammed me by selling me Dell laptop instead AsusTuf Laptop by saying this "there is no service Center of Asus Tuf Laptops" and that moment i blindly trust him and purchased that Dell laptop with overpriced. After 1_2 months, my relatives said to me there are many service centres which provide service accross india and he also bought the Asus tuf laptop from the Asus Store. And also they dont keep computer main parts like Processor GPU Power Supply they'll purchase from somewhere else after your order and advance payment. and when you try to communicate with them after purchasing anything even overpriced. They'll not receive your call by saying their mobile phone is broken. At the End i just want to share all my experience with this shop that don't listen to the dealers and workers. They'll sell you anythings overpriced if you dont have knowledge. Try to research before Buying.
0% skill 0% customer service 100% fake repair YOU CAN BRING YOUR LAPTOP HERE TO MAKE IT WORSE. They have scanner in eyes without checking laptop they can detect problem which is not even there and loot all your money. I showed them my laptop desert there is a problem in motherboard and leave your laptop for whole day and charge of Rs. 1500. But when I visited defferent shop it was minor issue of button connection and 400 rupees. This is the worst shop you can come to get your laptop repaired.
