Worst service ever received by my wife... She went to do hair spa and keratin treatment and paid 1200/- for it and also told that she is ready to pay extra but her hair should stay stylist for atleast 4-5 hours but instead her hair didn't even remain silky and smooth for an hour.

Satisfactory n affordable service from Nirvana, Parlour with clean and pleasant atmosphere. For full body relaxation specially for men I think best in Guwahati. I was there for Thai massage, it was splendid experience with very cooperative staff. 10/10

Overall, I was impressed with the service. As a suggestion for improvement, I would recommend that Nirvana consider hiring freelance professionals to train the existing team. With a little additional support, the team can further enhance their skills and provide even better service, ultimately contributing to the growth and expansion of the business. I had a really satisfying experience with Nirvana Spa & Salon! The fruit facial was really nice and the therapist Siya was really good. She took great care of my skin and the facial massage was quite relaxing. The Keratin treatment was also very satisfying and the hair therapist, Ankur was really professional, polite, skilled, and did a great job with my frizzy hair. The Spa & Salon is very hygienic and had a lovely relaxing decor with all the necessary state of the art facilities! The staff was really cordial and polite. Overall I am really satisfied with the services of the Spa and would certainly recommend it to my friends and relatives!
