Pathetic service, absolutely worse service delivered despite being highly over priced. I booked this salon for my reception make up, the make up artist that they sent to the hotel was a noob, did an extremely patchy make up and did not know how to drape a saree. After telling her multiple times, the make up is not looking good at all; she dismissed the feedback and kept saying it will look good later. It did not look good at all and my reception look was spoiled. Make up: Patchy and cakey Hair: Wanted a messy bun, the make up artist put 0 efforts and made it without curling my hair. Draping: The make up artist is draping the silk saree without adjusting/pleating the pleats and creating a balloon around the waist. Not doing it neatly at all. Blaming the texture of Kanjeevaram saree without knowing how to drape a saree. I had to tell her multiple times how it needs to be done highlighting that this isn’t the first time I’m wearing a saree. The whole experience was horrifying after paying a premium price. The lady did not listen to any feedback whatsoever and ultimately left without ensuring I was satisfied with the look. I had to adjust the make up on my own. Wouldn’t recommend at all!!! Please beware… The guests asked which make up studio is this which has done such a shoddy job. As I’m not from Lucknow, I trusted the Google ratings. This was highly over priced with no regards to customer need/ feedback. Upon sharing the feedback, they are blaming it on my friend whom I called in distress “after 3 hours of make up” to say that MUA hasn’t been listening to me and I’m not happy with the final look when I had to be on stage in 10 minutes. Their final comment is Neha Ma’am liked the make up. Customer feedback means nothing to them. Absolutely 0 professionalism.

I Had a great experience at the NEHA TRIPATHI SALON . The staff was polite and friendly. The facial was good and my skin feels clean and refreshed. The haircut also came out just perfect and the way I wanted. Overall, the service was smooth and the place felt comfortable. Would recommend!❤️

It was my first visit and i must say my experience was amazing. They suggested me kanpeki facial which was beautifully done by their professionals. My skin after the facial was glowing. I felt so relax and comfortable. And today after 4 days I am writing this review. Also, they suggested me kanpeki hairspray which now ill definitely try on my next visit.
