This place is not worth a single star rating. The owner is extremely rude and unwelcoming. She lacks basic manners and doesn’t know how to treat their customers properly. She uses terrible quality fabrics and sells the same at unnecessarily overpriced rates. I would never recommend a boutique like this, where there are no guarantees for defective pieces and the owner is incapable of being a decent human.
I’ve been going to Navya for almost 8-9 years now. Neelu is very warm and welcoming and personally attends to all her customers. The fitting given by her tailors is really good. The staff is cordial and helpful.
Neelu understands the needs of the clients well , the designing, finishing & other details are well taken care off . Infact , my mother, daughter & myself all love to get our outfits done at Navya.

It is a delight to shop and get tailored at Navya. You get very attentive service , lots of variety to choose from, very made to order designer clothing and best of all delivered quickly. An anytime go to place to get some classy Indian wear!
