I regularly visit Naturals Salon for haircuts and beard grooming, and the service is always excellent. Hassan does a great job every time. My whole family comes here, and we find the prices affordable—especially with the membership. Highly recommended! Also shoutout to the chef who makes best tea ever.

Extremely disappointing experience. I visited for a simple hair trim, and they asked me to wait for 15 minutes — which turned into a frustrating 45-minute delay with no update or concern from the staff. The staff’s attitude was shockingly unprofessional — rude, disinterested, and careless. One staff member, Raju, even refused to attend me despite being asked by his own colleague, showing zero respect for customers’ time. If this is how they treat walk-in clients, it clearly reflects poor management and lack of basic customer service. I would strongly advise others to avoid this branch if you expect professionalism, courtesy, or value for your time.
