I recently visited O3 Salon Bareilly for a Hair Cut The salon was clean, welcoming, relaxing, and the staff was friendly, professional, attentive. My hair stylist Mr.Zubair was exceptional. He really took the time during the consultation to listen to what I wanted and offered advice on what would best cut for my hair type. Throughout the process, he explained each step, making me feel comfortable and at ease. I am so thrilled with the result! My hair looks wow. I also really appreciated the valuable hair care tips he provided for maintaining my new look at home. My worst experience of visiting a salon . Completely mismanaged , shortage of staff , unprofessional behaviour and what not. They took 8 long hours to provide the basic services like waxing, hair wash and nail extensions. Ms. Nisha who was solely managing the staff internationally made us wait for hours because she thinks that make up is more important than providing these services. So as soon as anyone for the makeup arrive she instantly call the staff from the room which was very very disgusting. I can completely understand that they prioritise make up but then also they should not have taken the bookings. My appointment was of 4 pm Ms Nisha rescheduled the appointment to 10:00 am on her own . somehow we managed to reach there at 12:00 pm and then also she blamed us for being late. And the worst part was that in the long 8 hours she didn't care to ask for even water . So it was really worst my entire day was wasted. My only suggestion to them please don't take the bookings if you don't have the staff. And please everyone else take plenty of time and patience with you while visiting this salon

Got manicure, pedicure, cleanup as well as facial for my mother, had to say they were very professional and both me and my mom had a good time, they were very careful with my wound on leg during pedicure and even gave head shoulder and face massage while facial and clean -up. Would love to comeback again here.

Horrible quality of service, got gel nail paints done yesterday, been less than 24 hours, and the paint is already chipping, has streaky finish and looks so bad - got it for a family wedding, couldn’t be worse. I am certain I could have done a better job myself, so disappointing and such a waste of money/time.
