Worst service .... deliver wrong order and also whatever is delivered to me was pathetic.

*Absolutely terrible experience!* I stayed here thinking it would be a decent budget option, but the room was dirty, smelly, and clearly not cleaned properly. The bedsheets were stained, the bathroom was unhygienic, and the fan made loud noise all night. But the worst part? The food! I ordered a simple thali and it came *burnt*. Roti was hard like rubber, sabzi tasted stale, and the dal was watery with a burnt smell. I wouldn’t feed that to anyone, honestly. Staff was rude and not even willing to listen. They just shrugged and said “yehi hai.” No apology, no refund, nothing. *If you care about your health, peace, and basic cleanliness, avoid this place.* I would give zero stars if that was possible. --- Let me know if you want a Hindi version or a toned-down version. This restaurant is making scam on swiggy with the name of Royal Thali . They take payment online and not delivering the food and make the customer frustrated to cancel the order and after the cancellation they don't refund. I'm waiting for last one hour to get my food delivered but still in the swiggy application the time shows that the food will delivered in 10 minutes. The worst experience I have ever had. One of the worst food experience i had with thia hotel. The taste as well as the basic food chapati. Burnt chapati as well lachcha paratha. Please dont order the food from here.

Very bad food served by this restaurant and their food smells weird and un healthy. Bcoz of this food we are suffering from food poisoning and got sick 😡🤬 My recommendation is that to avoid this restaurant food and have better and healthy food.

Located in IP Mall sigra, on 3rd floor, worst food in entire Varanasi, i really don't want to give single star, totally unclean table, place, cutlery, even staff. We haven't seen single customer in entire restaurant, all in Total pathetic food & service. When I have asked about curd is Smelling no action even taken, yellow dal is bad smelling, ufff.. if the owner is reading this please do something.

We have grt expectn abt the food of moti mahal.....mugalai cousn ..but food was just ok with low taste...unhappy with it
