Very good collection for wedding events such as mehndi haldi. Mr Rohit was very helpful with suggestions and helped us with trial and choices.

I had a good experience interacting with Kishan — he was very helpful and extremely humble. Product-wise, everything was great and up to the mark. However, there are a few areas that need serious improvement. Firstly, there is no ladies’ toilet available, which is very disappointing and inconvenient. Secondly, at the time of billing, the staff claimed they had already given me the bill, but I hadn’t received it. They also mentioned there is no duplicate bill facility. Instead, they printed the bill again, took my signature and contact number, and kept it with them. This process seemed unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. I hope these concerns are addressed to improve the customer experience further.
