The coaching is extremely disappointing. They’re good at sweet talk, but not at delivering results. During admission, they promise that they will cover the full JEE syllabus, but in reality they struggle to even complete the board-level topics. Anyway, here are a few suggestions: Improve the quality of the study material. Actually cover the full JEE syllabus, as you claim to do. Avoid deviating from the subject during class (including unnecessary or inappropriate jokes). Stop treating yourself like a “god.” As for specific feedback: You often talk in Class 11 about how thoroughly you’ll teach organic chemistry. But once students reach Class 12, the excuse suddenly becomes: “Since you all are not good students, I’m not going to teach organic chemistry in full depth.” This is unfair and unprofessional.
