The food was good . Atmosphere was okay .They are serving stirring sticks in place of chopsticks. Check the picture. Called for the manager , he didn’t came to meet . A guy came explaining that he joined yesterday. The food was cold and the staff was rude . Why does all Varanasi food joint start good and then just ruin the complete experience? We all need to start demanding same level . On the top of it I asked to remove the service charge , they said in that case we also need to remove the 15% discount. I mean it’s a myth . If the customer is not happy he has the right to not pay for service charge . The experience is horrible. Also no valet service before 7 , adds a cherry to the cake

I visited a week ago and ordered the Chaap and the Banaras Sour cocktail which I repeated twice. Both were fantastic! But the cocktail was just so so good. Regarding the service, I was informed that they do not allow stag entry, but they permitted me to sit in the open area. After a request, they later moved me inside because the glass on the balcony was dirty and the view was poor due to that. Overall, my experience was wonderful. I really appreciated the service and the vibe of the place. The ambience was also nice. I didn’t check out the DJ or the dance floor. To earn a full five stars, they should clean the glass, as this could provide a great view of Banaras from the 11th floor. They also accepted the payment from Zomato which I read in another review that they denied. A huge thanks to Vimal for the excellent service!

Visited this place few months ago. Its a nice place with live music and good views. We ordered pizza which was nice and tasty, it had a thin crust and was cheesy. Atmosphere was good. There are many places here you can click great pictures there. Overall it was nice experience coming here.

A great ambiance with a wide variety of awesome delicious cuisines. A must visit when in Varanasi. If you want some calmness, arrive by 7:30pm, and best if you reserve beforehand. Also, avoid sitting on the last couch near the door which opens to the non-AC zone, the door latch needs repair in order to keep the temperature cooler inside the AC zone. Interior design is an apt and wholesome place to celebrate with family and friends. A separate corner for a birthday party is also there. Many spots to click pictures. Live music is played on most sundays.
