A very pathetic and awfull experience as it was my first time. I work near your salon and I would have recommended my friends about this salon but I will now stop people from visiting your salon for your disgusting behaviour. I do not know the name of the person who cut my hair but he had a healthy body structure. It was my first and last experience. And would never suggest anybody to visit the salon. PATHETIC AWEFUL AND DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR OF THE STAFF...!!!!

One of the worst owners I’ve ever worked with. Before joining such local salons, think twice. I’ll definitely talk about this later on media, no one should ever have to lose their hard-earned money like this.. The owner of that salon is so shameless — he only cares about making money from clients and has no understanding of quality. They use cheap local shampoo, conditioner, and hair spa who knows what else for beauty products. In my 16 years of experience in the industry, I can confidently say this salon doesn’t meet even the minimum standards. Local beauty parlours with ceiling fan 😜🤣

As soon as I walked in, I noticed that they have plenty of staff, ensuring that customers don’t have to wait too long. The staff behavior was excellent—very polite, professional, and welcoming. The salon has some amazing hair stylists, and I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Vibesh, who did an outstanding job. His expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive. Stylist Marina was also excellent, delivering great results with skill and precision. A special mention to Manager Sahil, who was very helpful and ensured a smooth experience for all customers. Another great aspect of Miracle D Salon is their pocket-friendly packages, making high-quality services affordable. Overall, I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for professional and budget-friendly grooming services. Will definitely visit again!

Okay. Not at all satisfactory like expected. Had a combo package at the new one near Ahaana Bazaar, VIP Road. One of the service mentioned in the combo was changed to another. Okay. Fine. Now the service that was changed to the new one; did not get all the stuff of the changed one. Secondly, the time here was more of a fast flight than a smooth cruise. The guy knew his stuff but was in a hurry. He was more interested in selling new service rather than concentrating fully on what he has in hand. Would never come again, would never recommend to anyone.

I recently decided to get a global hair color done to have a fresh new look but the experience was a disaster. From the moment the dye was applied I felt a slight irritation on my scalp now which has turned into a dangerous infection n itching i thought it was just a process but I told the salon guy but he was very casual n he didn't responded properly. I left the salon and one day after that the itching increased and which resulted in complete irritation n I had to consult a dermatologist. I asked for a half refund atleast the expenses which I have to bear consulting the doctor but the salon declined to do than I even told them I don't need the whole amount but only the medicine and doctor expenses that too they have declined. They are least bothered about what customer suffered due to there lack of knowledge about the procedure of a hairdye. I suggest not to visit this salon as this is a total waste of time waste of money
