I had an amazing experience with MERCY their customer service was top-notch, and the final kitchen exceeded all my expectations. The quality of the cabinet and countertops is outstanding. The design is also perfect; it's beautiful and incredibly funtional, chimney installation was also smooth and all staff's behaviour was very gentle, making the kitchen a joy to be in.
Mercy Kitchen team recently re-designed and made my 30 years old kitchen into a premium modular kitchen. I am absolutely satisfied and impressed with their work. Specially I thank Sachin from Mercy who have guided us in every selections and taken care of each and every minute details right from the demolition to delivery all within promised time. I have chosen them after consulting my modular kitchen vendors from Varanasi to Lucknow and at last find only there price quote best and justified. Good Work! And good ethics!
I am not satisfied with the work, they take full payment in the beginning and then after work is done they do not pick call for further services. They have setup chimney and broke the wall now they are not even taking any ownership of it . Dressing mirror also had a black spot though its new but they have not replaced it yet. Also kitchen baskets were all not working properly. Uneven finish.

The place for perfect kitchen appliances and modular kitchen. Initially it was difficult to trust for such big decisions with heavy amount. 1-2 review also seen given negative feedback. Somewhere my confidence shaken . However have heard so many mouth about this brand so on those behalf agreed for my dream furniture. What a fantastic and hardworking team ,they kept me updated with their every steps what they were doing and did better than what assured . Seems people have any personal enmity then given such worst review where as actuality is quite different. I highly recommend to this brand . The right place with customise budget .
