We had booked the salon for makeup and were asked to come at 9:30 AM since we needed to get ready by 12. However, when we reached, the salon was still closed and they only opened around 10 AM, which caused a bit of a delay and the makeup had to be done in a hurry. That said, the makeup turned out really good! My makeup was done by Tanu, and she was very polite and has excellent makeup skills. I was very happy with her work and overall look. The only thing I would suggest is that the salon be more punctual and professional with their timings. Other than that, I liked the overall service. Thanks!

I recently visited for a hair color sessionand had the best experience, all thanks to Uwais sir.. a special mention for uwais sir he was incredibly kind, gentle,and thaughtfull through out. Not only did he make sure my hair was taken care of with so much attention, but he also looked after me like a friend even insured my food was safe and warm while I was in the middle of getting my hair done.... It's rare to find such a genuine, humble service where you're not treated like a coustomer, but like someone they truly care about. I had booked this salon for my engagement makeover, expecting professional service as it is a franchise of a reputed brand. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. On the day of my booking, the main stylist did not show up, and instead, they assigned a barber to handle my makeup and hairstyle. He clearly lacked the expertise, and the hairstyle was not done properly. For the high charges they take, such service is unacceptable. They are damaging the reputation of the brand by compromising on quality and professionalism.

I booked this salon (a franchise of a well-known brand) for my engagement makeover and hairstyle, but my experience was extremely disappointing. On the booking day, the main stylist (who was promised at the time of booking) did not show up. Instead, they assigned a barber to do my makeup and hair. The person clearly had no experience with makeup or hairstyling. My hairstyle was done without any proper products – only hairspray was used, which gave no volume or shape. The overall look was very unprofessional, and my engagement day was spoiled because of their poor service and lack of responsibility. Despite charging high rates, they deliver such unprofessional service, which is not only unfair to customers but also spoils the reputation of the brand name they represent. When people book a professional salon, especially for such important occasions, they expect trained experts, not unskilled replacements. I am sharing this review so others can be aware before booking.
