I recently visited this salon situated in aliganj branch and was disappointed by the lack of professionalism. When I asked for a facial wax, the staff went ahead without any consultation on the type of wax or its pricing. Only after the service was completed did they demand payment, without presenting a bill upfront. When I requested a receipt, I was told it would be sent via WhatsApp — and only after half n hr did the charges appear. And that's when I came to understand that I was charged incorrectly without any communication. What was more concerning was the staff’s response when questioned. Instead of acknowledging the lapse, they argued that I should have “judged” the type of wax used and its rate & the basic wax is not used for face. If basic wax is not offered for facial services, then why is it listed on the rate card? Who gave you the right to decide which wax to use on my skin without my consent, and then charge me for an expensive service? Transparency and clear communication are fundamental in this industry, and this salon fell short on both. I have visited Geetanjali, Looks, Naturals, and other reputed salons, and never encountered such unprofessional conduct. Hygiene here is also questionable, which only adds to the concern. Recommendation: I would advise avoiding this salon. If you do choose to go, insist on clarity about rates and services beforehand, and ensure you receive a proper bill before making payment.

I had an exceptional experience here. Diya gave me the best nail service I’ve ever had—her attention to detail is truly unmatched. She was incredibly patient and took the time to understand and meet all my specific needs. The manicure and pedicure by Naved for me, and by Shahi for my mother, were absolutely outstanding. Naved is truly an expert at what he does, and Shahi was wonderfully gentle and attentive, thoughtfully adapting the treatment to my mother’s health needs. The salon itself is beautifully maintained and very well organized, and the hospitality is warm and genuine. I visited the parlour for the first time and had a wonderful experience. Diya did my waxing, eyebrows, and upper lip with great care. Naved gave me an amazing pedicure, manicure, hair wash, and blow-dry that left me completely relaxed and refreshed. Shahbaaz did the root touch-up perfectly, and I’m very happy with the result.
