The rate for the nails extension is too high even they don’t have fixed price . Early they have done my refilling in1200 with gel nail paint next when I asked they said 1400 and the day I visited to get my nails done they asked for 1600. Pathetic service pathetic staff they don’t have even basic manners to engage their customers. Not received at all

I really wish this will reach to the owner, I took some of the services from your salon n that was some great experience n some of them are in free package but last time I called to get the appointment this girl on the reception didn't even hear my full conversation n hung up on me because I got confused between some of ur services then I called again again like 10-15times but she continuously disconnecting the call. Then after some time I went their with my husband for head massage, shaving, threading, waxing services n she bluntly said "we don't have the staff right now" but there were staffs roaming around n we pointed out that but she said they r doing this n that n I think this is because some of the services were coming under the free package. Customers pay u the money beforehand so that they don't have to pay later but employee like her who only understand that this is free. I really liked ur salon services ma'am specially that Deepika..she is great but now I have changed my salon. That girl is really short heightened n was sitting on the reception. I think people needs to understand that customer service is also important no matter how good other services u r providing. Please teach her some patience and some sensibility or she shouldn't deal with customers.

Got my haircut by Deepika ...so 5 out of 5 for professional attitude..and good cut by her. Phone reception staff really needs to be better

I visit Salon Luxe by PJ just for beard shaving, but I’ve been disappointed with the service lately. The staff seems more focused on upselling other services like facials, detan, and masks rather than actually paying attention to the service I came for. Every time, I feel pressured into taking additional treatments, which is uncomfortable. Also, the shaving itself feels rushed—done in just a minute with minimal care—and there’s no proper aftershave or finishing touch used. It gives the impression that shaving isn’t a priority here, and that’s really disappointing for a regular customer. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and some improvements are made in how basic grooming services are handled.

Pathetic service, complete waste of time and money! I visited this salon today for waxing and a pedicure with UV nail paint. Before starting, I clearly informed them I only had one hour as I had a bus to catch. They agreed, but the execution was a mess. The waxing alone took 40 minutes, and to make things worse, they used cheap-quality wax even though they had better options available. Then came the pedicure, I specifically told them to skip the soaking and just do a quick scrubbing followed by nail paint. Instead, because no staff was free, they made me soak my feet for 10 minutes unnecessarily. By the time the scrubbing was done, my hour was up. I requested they at least apply the nail paint, but again, they asked me to wait another 10 minutes because their staff was busy. Despite reminding them that I had a bus to catch in 15 minutes, they showed no urgency or concern. They wasted 20 minutes of my time, and I had to leave with incomplete services. Yet, they still charged me the full amount. On top of that, one staff member was extremely rude and clearly lacked basic customer service skills. Overall, the service was unprofessional, disorganized, and inconsiderate. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. If you go there once, you might get lucky, but visit more than once, and this might happen to you too.

Don't visit. Not Value for Money service. If you want to have haircut today. In that case you will never get appointment on same day. They will ask you to come next day. And Let's say if you forced and get appointment as you desired in that case you will not get good service at all. Shahrukh abd Zeeshan are there and they take shortcuts. And keep talking to each other while working.
