Loved the pedicure service here at Looks salon. Sona did an amazing job, she massaged my feet, it was super relaxing, hygienic, and my feet feel soft and refreshed. Totally worth trying it here.

I had the worst experience at Looks Salon, Jhansi. They promised the bobbie brown makeup but used some other products on the final day. The foundation used was darker than my skin tone and started oxidising withing half an hour of leaving the salon. The hairstylist was very arrogant and rude. He wasted 20-30 min prepping my hair and left it midway and then told me someone else will finish it. It was a nightmare as I had a family event to attend and I was left unattended for over 30 min and then someone else came and finished the hairdo for the name sake. She didn’t set my hair with hairspray because of which my hair looked very untidy. My flicks were not done properly and left straight , braid was messedup and untidy ( after paying 5500). When I complained about these issues, the receptionist argued that we provided you with another hairstylist( after wasting 40-50 min ). Also they have only one changing room so no matter how early you arrive to get ready, you will have to wait to change. My aunty waited for 2 hours because some unprofessional girl took 40/50 min to drape my mother’s net sare which according to her was too heavy that is why she was not able to get it right even after 2-3 attempts.According to her the saree was heavy , hair were light so she was struggling with her hair. The staff which was alloted to her was untrained. She couldn’t drape the saree nor could she style her hair. It was such a horrible experience. I will never ever visit this salon again and would recommend others not to ruin their special day by visiting this salon.

Highly unprofessional, extremely rude staff and worst services. I booked a party makeup which they completely ruined. The staff seem uninterested and inattentive. Even after taking their best package, they completely ruined my look. While making the booking, the owner told us that they will be using Bobby Brown products but on the actual day, they didn't (despite taking their best package). When I showed them the reference picture for makeup and hairstyle, they didn't pay any heed to what I wanted and proceded with whatever they wanted to do. The base of makeup was dark and didn't match my skin tone. The staff draping my saree herself didn't know how to drape a saree. She was struggling with my saree and took 45 mins to drape it, that too when I helped her. The staff who was styling my hair, left it midway arrogantly asking me to get it done from someone else. The other hair stylist came and firstly asked me the charge of my package (implying that she only attend the clients with best packages) and then did my hair, that too in a hurry because of which my hair looked untidy. While I was getting my hair done, the owner (Ms Rimjhim) came and told the stylist doing my hair to finish it off as soon as possible and not to waste much time on one client as there are other clients to attend as well. This was the attitude of Ms. Rimjhim. My whole family got ready there but not a single person was satisfied with their services. Ms. Rimjhim will promise you big big things while booking your slot but will deliver nothing on the final day. Even after paying such hefty amount, the services which they provided were highly disappointing. I ruined my day by booking this salon. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING SERVICES.

Sameer and Akash assisted us throughout — they were very polite and attentive, constantly checking in to ensure we were comfortable. Sameer did my hair spa and handled my hair with great care. He was extremely gentle and professional, and the results were amazing. Highly recommend their services!

I'm absolutely thrilled with the hair color and keratin treatment I got from Honey. He's a true artist! The color is stunning and looks so natural, and the keratin treatment has left my hair unbelievably soft, smooth, and completely frizz-free. It's now so easy to manage. Visited Looks Salon for a haircut and color. I was assigned to Sunny, and I must say—he did a great job! He was professional, understood my preferences, and delivered exactly what I wanted. The haircut and color were both well-executed, and I really appreciated his approach. However, the overall experience at the salon was not up to the mark. The rest of the staff lacked coordination and professionalism, which took away from what could have been a top-tier salon visit. The customer service experience felt a bit average and could definitely be improved with better training. Not an exceptional experience overall, but Sunny’s work made the visit worthwhile. Would recommend booking with him specifically if you’re planning to visit.
